In regards to your call for suggestions, I do have one tip of advice. As a delegate, I, like many other delegates, pass dozens of notes during committee to keep updated on our working papers. Usually, I cut up scratch paper into squares before the conference to use. I’ve noticed, however, that many delegates will use up a full sheet of paper for a one-line note, throwing the paper afterward, while some choose to use colored index cards and post-its. I find this practice wasteful, and I was hoping perhaps you could encourage delegates to cut back on the wasteful paper use when note-passing?
